I'm Sarah, digital marketing executive by day, artist and creator by night. My love of the beach and coastal design inspired me to found Cockle Cove Designs, where artistry meets beachcombing in every handcrafted piece. Welcome!

At home in Hoboken, NJ, I create unique decor, art and gifts inspired by decades of Northeast coastal lifestyle, brands and trends. Each shell is special and unique; the piece you pick is the one that speaks to your soul! My greatest passions, in addition to time on the beach and creating art, are my husband and 3 kids, our families, reading, traveling to Ocean City, NJ, Cape Cod, and the Hudson River Valley, cooking, real estate and lots of time with best friends.

My commitment to quality materials and sustainable practices ensures that every creation is not just beautiful, but meaningful and lasting. All shells are upcycled: found and sourced either by me, or from other women-owned small local businesses in the Northeast. I use the same mantra for this business that we all do at the beach: "leave no footprint behind". You won't find plastic packaging, bubble wrap or ribbon here; I invest in 100% post-consumer recycled packaging and natural materials like organic cotton, twine and kraft paper.
